About Dr. Griffin

Alternative Medicine PracticesDr. Griffin is passionate about her work as a Santa Cruz chiropractor and has been committed to providing the holistic care and attention patients need since 1990.   When asked why she cares so much, Dr. Griffin says with a smile,

“I just love to help people, whether I help them or refer them to the person who does, I’m confident they will recover quickly and their pain will be gone”.

She is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, the study of human motion. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic from the prestigious Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, California graduating Magna Cum Laude.

The world of medicine and chiropractic is constantly changing and with patients in mind Dr. Griffin regularly attends educational health-related programs and technology seminars that keep her on the leading edge of today’s methods.  She also participates in training seminars for Directional Non-Force Technique® Chiropractic.  Because referrals are an important part of her practice, Dr. Griffin routinely networks with local health resources making sure she has the most up-to-date information about them.

Dr. Griffin spent six years studying at the world-renowned Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in Berkeley, California and is a practicing Classical Homeopath since 1998.

Dr. Griffin lives in Santa Cruz with her husband, her daughter Cecelia, an organic vegetable garden, and her dog, Bella. She is an avid supporter of many community and charity organizations and loves to spend her free time working with them.
