Free Nutrition Class

I will be offering Free Nutrition Classes in my new office workshop room.

This six week class is a project by interns from Bauman College in Santa Cruz. The interns are incredibly well-educated about nutrition and a pleasure to work with and learn from. The class also includes one-on-one nutritional counseling with them. All of this is free! And gives the interns a chance to complete their college experience. I have had incredible results from taking this course myself recently with fellow Santa Cruz physicians and chiropractors.

These are 1 hour a week classes for 6 weeks - usually a lunch time class and an early evening class. The classes are led by trained Baumann college nutritionists that are just about to graduate.
